What locations do you service?

How do you select your support workers?

We hold our staffing to the absolute highest quality and safety standards. All support workers undergo rigorous NDIS Worker Screening checks, police clearances, Working With Children Checks (WWCC), and first-aid certifications. Crucially, we hire workers who are empathetic, warm, and highly dedicated to helping participants achieve their goals.

📋 NDIS Funding & Supports

Can I use Smiley Companion if my NDIS plan is agency-managed?

Yes! Since Smiley Companion is a fully registered NDIS provider, we are eligible to accept participants whose plans are Agency-Managed, Plan-Managed, or Self-Managed. We can coordinate directly with the NDIA or your designated Plan Manager.

How does the participant matching process work?

During your initial consultation, we learn about your personality, hobbies, cultural preferences, and specific goals. We then match you with support workers who share similar interests and have the specific training required for your care needs. You always get to meet and approve your workers before support begins.

What is a Support Coordinator, and how do you work with them?

A Support Coordinator helps NDIS participants understand and implement their plans. We work hand-in-hand with support coordinators by providing regular progress reports, immediate service agreements, and reliable delivery of care so that plan goals are met smoothly.

Are there any out-of-pocket costs?

No. Our pricing strictly adheres to the official NDIS Pricing Guide limits. Support services are fully covered by your NDIS funding, and you will never be charged any unexpected fees.
